Dance 360
  • Do you offer any financial assistance?
Yes, we do! It is our pleasure to offer the Eric Payne Memorial Scholarship, funded by a generous donation from Bilbrey Funeral Home and our beloved company member, Patty Payne. This scholarship program is based on a combination of merit and financial need. Scholarship recipients (or a member of their family) will be required to assist with our annual holiday celebration and the spring recital. Families must also be willing to help in other capacities as deemed necessary by education program staff. For more information about the Eric Payne Memorial Scholarship, please email Caitlin Schaub at dance@ccplayhouse.com.
  • When do classes start? Do you close for holidays and school breaks?
Our dance season runs from August to May. We close for major holidays, like Thanksgiving and Christmas, as well as Cumberland County Schools fall and spring breaks and some tech weeks for Playhouse shows. You can download our 2025 calendar below. *Please note that dates and times are always subject to change. We will always email notifications of any changes. You can also join our Facebook group (CCP T3 Parents) and follow us on social media for announcements!
  • Where can I purchase dance shoes and apparel?
You can purchase online from Discount Dance or Capezio. If you prefer to shop in person, we recommend Tutu's Dance Boutique in Knoxville or The Dance Store in Murfreesboro. **Clogging shoes must be purchased from either Carl's Clogging or Steven's Clogging. Please make sure to order white split-sole clogging shoes with buck style taps pre-installed.
  • Is there a dress code for classes? How do I know what kind of shoes my child will need?
Class attire and shoe specifications can be found below.
  • What kind of baton do I need and where can I buy it?
All baton students will need a 7/16 inch Star Line Starlet baton, which can be purchased directly from Star Line Batons. Please see below for more information from Ms. Karla.
  • What classes do you offer?
We offer weekly classes in acting, musical theater, tumbling, baton, stage combat, and many different styles of dance. A full listing of class offerings and descriptions is available on our Classes page or for download below.
  • How much do classes and costumes cost? When are payments due - and how do I pay?
Tuition and costume fees vary by class level. Payments are due on the 1st day of each month and can be made online through the Parent Portal in Dance Studio Pro. You can download our full Tuition Policy and Fee Schedule below.
